Welcome 

Welcome to Meadowview! We’re so pleased to share our animals and space with you. To make sure everyone has a safe and enjoyable time, please take a moment to read through the following:

Respect for All

• Meadowview is a family-run stables and petting yard. Please treat our staff, animals, and other visitors with kindness. 
• Children are very welcome, but must remain under adult supervision at all times. 
• Entry is only during our published opening hours or with a confirmed booking.

Caring for Our Animals

• Please **do not feed** the animals unless a member of staff says it’s okay. 
• Climbing on fences, gates, or enclosures isn’t allowed. 
• Loud noises, chasing, or running in the animal areas can cause stress — so we kindly ask for calm movements around the herd. 
• Our animals’ wellbeing comes first. We may ask visitors to leave if their behaviour puts animals at risk.

Keeping Everyone Safe

• Meadowview accepts no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or lost belongings while on site. 
• Sensible footwear is essential — no open-toed shoes, please. 
• All activities and interactions are at your own risk, and staff instructions must be followed.

Bookings & Payments

• All sessions must be booked in advance, either online or directly with us. 
• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. 
• Cancellations within 48 hours of your booking are non-refundable.

Photography & Social Media

• Feel free to take photos for personal use. 
• Professional/commercial photography must be pre-approved. 
• We may capture photos or videos during your visit to use for Meadowview’s social media and marketing. Please let us know on arrival if you’d prefer not to be included.

Insurance & Liability

• Meadowview holds full public liability insurance. 
• Please keep valuables with you — we can’t take responsibility for personal items.

Admission

• We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask a visitor to leave if their behaviour is unsafe or disrespectful.
